We paint your apartment, have the carpets and unit professionally cleaned by a third-party vendor, and perform any necessary maintenance.

Yes, we offer on-site maintenance for our residents.

If you are locked out during office hours, you can visit the office and we can let you in to the apartment. If you are locked out after hours, you will need to wait until the following business day or call a locksmith.

We love decorations! If decorations cause damage to the unit, you will be charged for the amount we incur to repair the damage.

You can give us a call, send us an email, or put in a work order through our resident portal.

Work orders are addressed in the order they are received Monday-Friday. We do have a 24 hour emergency service as well.


We offer a wide array of amenities including a pool, veranda, business center, dog park, gym, and sports court.

The pool is open during the summer season from dawn until dusk.

Residents are allowed up to two complimentary parking passes. We also have marked visitor spaces throughout the community.

Each floor plan has a laundry room with washer/dryer connections.

There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee and $15 monthly pet rent per pet.

Your apartment comes with an electric range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Renovated units also include an above the range microwave.

By request, we will gladly hold packages addressed to a leaseholder.


We accept walk-ins. Appointments are recommended but not required.

We charge an application fee and an administration fee at the time of application. Total is $175.

Qualified applicants are eligible for our LeaseLock $0 deposit program. Otherwise, there is a deposit option of one full month’s rent due at or before move-in.

Rent can be paid online, by personal check, or by using the walk-in payment system.

$25 valet trash, $14 damage waiver, water/sewer based on usage, and optional $31 leaselock.

We do not require renter's insurance.

No utilities are included in the base rent amount.

You will be provided a welcome letter with instructions for setting up utilities.

Residents are allowed up to two guests when using the amenities but the resident must be present with the guest at all times. Guests must park in a visitor space or pick up a temporary parking pass at the office.

We require a buy out fee of 2x your monthly rent plus a 60 day notice after the buy out fee is paid.


We are located 15 minutes from Downtown Raleigh and less than 5 minutes from shopping. Sheetz, Marcos Pizza, NCDMV Snoopys, Goodberries, and Uhaul are all within walking distance.

Cedar Springs Apartments is part of the Millbrook School District.

Yes, the Greenway is a 5 minute drive.

Take Atlantic Ave from I-440 or Spring Forest Rd from I-540.
